Opened in August of 2022, Mitchell Yards is a 81 unit, 165 bedroom project located 800' from the West line of Campus at The University of Arkansas. All of the 2 bedroom units have a 2 car garage with remote for door.
Mag 1 - Auburn, Alabama
Purchased in December of 2021, with a full renovation completed in July of 2023. The property sits on the edge of campus in Auburn at 644 West Magnolia and has 184 one bedroom units.
French Quarter - Auburn, Alabama
Purchased in July of 2022, French Quarter is a New Orleans inspired 205 unit, 447 bed property just north of campus. We completed a full renovation of the amenities along with other improvements.

Opened in August of 2019 is Midtown Auburn which is a 153 Unit, 315 bed, mixed use residential community in Auburn, AL. Designed by award winning architect Allison-Ramsey the project also has 42,000 square feet of retail space. Opened in August of 2019 and sold in October of 2021.
Mill District - University of Georgia
Opened in August of 2022. Located near the campus of the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. The Mill District is an 87 unit 108 bed mixed use project. that was sold in December of 2023.
